Cartridge Filter Housing

Cartridge filtration is one of the most versatile forms of filtration. The standard size makes for many different types of manufactured filter cartridges. The most common size is 2½” OD x 1″ ID with lengths in increments of 10″ up to 40″ in length. The second most common size is 4½” OD x 10″ or 20″ long and are used when more dirt holding capability is needed.

Basket Filters and Strainer Housing

Basket strainers and filters provide a simple, cost effective way to separate particle impurities from fluid systems. Strainers can be manufactured in any shape or size in a wide range of materials to meet industrial specifications. These filters are available with basket type strainers as well as cartridge strainers having desirable micron ratings. Design with cartridge filter has an added advantage of incorporating back flushing system.

Self Cleaning Filter Housing

Self Cleaning Filter are mostly used for trouble free filtration process. Self Cleaning Filters automatically clean the filter elements on regular interval thus assure continuous flow. It minimizes maintenance downtime and increase the productivity.
Technical Specifications
Duplex Filter System

Duplex filters are primarily used where shutting down machines and systems are not practical or highly uneconomical . During normal operations the strengths of the duplex filter is that it can be completely operated maintenance-free, except for checking the seals and cleaning of the filter element. With two filter chambers connected with a changeover valve one chamber is always in operation while a clean filter chamber is in standby mode.

Applications
Catalyst Recovery Systems

Catalysts are used in petroleum refining and organic chemical manufacturing to convert organic chemicals into more useable substances; this most often requires the use of metals to kick-start the chemical reaction and is carried out under various extreme operating conditions including elevated pressures and temperatures. Catalyst recovery systems are constructed of filter housings, the special type of filter elements, back purging mechanism, Control panels & other instrumentation.
Pulse Jet Dust Collection Systems

A pulse jet dust collector is a suction and filtration system. As dust-laden air is drawn into the system, filter media will collect dust, while clean air is discharged from the collector. Compressed air is applied in reverse pulse to clean the filter media. For most applications, the optimum filter differential is 3”- 4” H2O.
